About Us

Established in 2023, Perkins Homes Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing alternatives for individuals facing housing displacement. Our shared housing model has been affective in assisting individuals get back to a normal life after experiencing divorce, substance abuse, job relocation, or homelessness. With four locations across the Birmingham metropolotin area, Perkins Homes Foundation, is one of Birmingham's premier shared housing providers.
